And the crowd video cops shot while they were dismantling the first Mooninite device at Sullivan Square last week revealed … the Perfect Hair Pair shooting their own vid of cops dismantling their devices! The Russky Rasta allowed the fun to continue all day. Here’s that story:
The new evidence has surfaced amid speculation prosecutors may go easy on felony charges of planting a hoax device and disorderly conduct in return for some community service from the two men who were hired by a marketing firm to plant the cartoon promotional devices.
Berdovsky’s attorney, Jeffrey Pyle, said that his client was there filming the police response at the Sullivan Square scene, but only as a “video artist” responding to a friend’s call that there was a bomb scare near his Charlestown loft.
“He documents the world around him. He did not initially know that the event near his house was related to the (cartoon character) he placed there for Cartoon Network,” Pyle said. “He went home and called his employer, and they told him to sit tight.”
But their presence at the scene appears to contradict both men’s assertion that they did not know their actions had caused chaos.
“The minute they knew that police officers were racing across the city, firefighters were racing to the scene, and bomb techs were suiting up, and they did not call 911. That - that forms intent,” one high-ranking BPD official said last night. “Their being there could provide the proof of intent prosecutors need.”
Meanwhile, the city and the state settled with Turner Broadcasting yesterday for chump change, $2 million. TBS got off any criminal or civil liability from those parties and walked away with several days of coast-to-coast advertising for less than the cost of a 30-second Superbowl ad. And the coverage of cartoon flipping off the cops played great with the target numnuts-to-stoner audience.
The state is talking with the bozo lawyers about a plea, or maybe dropping charges. They won’t say. Don’t hold your breath waiting for Massachusetts to throw the book at them. Feds could still bring charges. Against the bozos and TBS. And should. Here’s why. When you screw around, post-911, placing duct-taped electronic bird-flipping devices with visible wires on bridges, and the cops have to shut down roads, blow things up and race around with their bluelights on, you not only do economic damage, someone might get killed. For a cartoon promotion.
Speaking of economic damage, the public-sector vacuums we call Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts just sucked up $2 million. But what’s the likelihood a coffee shop or a convenience store owner who lost $400 worth of business because they had to shut the roads down is going to get a dime? AG Martha Coakley, in her haste to get in front of the cameras with money for the cops, apparently forgot about them.

No she didn’t ..she made a Deal with the Son of Tip Oneil, former Mass. Democrat Speaker of the House…Money, Money..that is all that counts..Martha Coakley calls the Bozo’s “KIDS” says a lot about “College Students” and their education these days!!
No public official really cares about the Coffee Shop owner..the only time he is noticed is if he doesn’t pay all those Taxes and fees for Regulations…We even have a Governor who said he’d lower our real estate taxes “if elected”…but we now find out he wants to raise every other tax, spent 500,000 million more and our budget is now a Billion in the Whole..only took about 3 days or less to do that… yes, they are Bozo’s leading More Bozo’s I really do not even believe that the “Hoax” was not detected sooner and not exposed..more sightings..more bucks…the citizens who were Late for Work, Fearful all day, businesses interrupted…traffic tied up, WHO CARES IT IS ONLY THE CITIZENS WHO WERE BOTHERED..AND ENDANGERED..and of course any Cops or others who were not told the truth…THESE KIDS (aged 27 and 29) ARE A SHINING EXAMPLE OF MASS. HIGHER EDUCATION AND SHOWS HOW MUCH OF THE MASS. TAX PAYERS’ HARD EARNED CASH IS WASTED! While the Insiders of the Political One Party State of Mass. wheel and deal…the general public..is ignored and COMMON SENSE is that you are still a kid at 27 years of age…AT LEAST IN MASSACHUSETTS AS LONG AS THE “LEADERS” GET THE CASH..ALL IS WELL ….
