American academia has long had its head up its … gown. Here are a couple of the latest free-speech outrages on U.S. campuses where, Euro-style, the next generation of Islamofascists is being inclusively coddled:*
Daniel Pipes’s speech is disrupted by the Muslim Student Union at UC Irvine, where talk such as “Israel will be wiped off the face of the Earth” is considered unremarkable free-speech activity.
San Francisco State University cracks down on flagburners. Pick yourself up off the floor. They’re College Republican Hezbollah flagburners.
But this may be the greatest campus free-speech outrage of all. Provost Shenker’s jihad on Duck Terror videographers.
* And is sure to return the favor to liberal academes if it ever gets a chance.
