Not Pro Bono
North Dakota legislature rejects measure to honor Bono’s yammering on Third World debt because he has no connection to North Dakota. I would have rejected it because I’m tired of listening to an insanely wealthy Irishman telling me what I should do with my money.

So, the bonehead who sponsored the bill got the idea from an article in a magazine. Well, it’s winter up there and they must have lots of time on their hands.
