So how come mullahs and third-rate leftover Stalinists are interested in doing business with the IAEA?  

Short answer:  The Persian Gulf is turning into an American bathtub, and North Korea is chilly at this tme of year.

Longer answer: quick and easy way to pull the plug and fill the oil tanks without actually having to give anything up.

   When a Mohamed (ElBaradei) deals with people that believe in A Muhammad, ones leg may be wet. For handshakes and pissing on legs, are the norm.
