I thought that it was just a question of ignorance--and we are all ignorant about many things. But the more he writes, the more I realize he isn't just ignorant. Toad has no knowledge to speak of, merely little bits of rote script spewed without consideration of the subject. Toad seems unable to find the subject. Perhaps it has a medical condition.
