That’s what Tip O’Neill said but I don’t think this is what he meant. Belgian politics as a contact sport. (extreme naughtiness alert, not for delicate sensibilities).
Our best Dutch contact is on the job, still trying to determine if this is an actual candidacy or just a spoof on bogus election promises. Our best assessment so far is spoof. h/t barcepundit, right-minded blogger in an another European country where the pols famously serviced al-Qaeda’s … interest.

I don’t know, Jules, if it’s a spoof, it’s a good one. This isn’t far off what most politicians promised their constituents and lobbyists…..it’s merely a bit more open than usual.
Or am I thinking of what politicians demand for their services? It’s hard to tell these days. ;-P
