Request for Reconsideration

Boston Herald asks the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to reconsider its ruling in the libel case of Judge Ernest Murphy vs. Boston Herald, Wedge, Crittenden etal.  I was acquitted at trial. In its ruling against Dave Wedge, the Herald argues, the high court  misrepresented some key facts of the case.

    So the Court “fundamentally” misquoted the prosecutor in a case that’s about a reporter misquoting a judge? Does this mean the SJC now gets sued for libel?
