    The “Legal Employment Immigration” quotas are so tiny as to effectively make “Legal Immigration” less probably than winning the lottery.

    My local McDonalds will hire a native english speaker on the spot for $9.50 an hour. Guess what…there aren’t any native English Speakers working there.
