Free Porn Threatens Adult Industry
Reports ABC. At the risk of inviting a flood of uncomplimentary comparisons to my own business, this is exactly what is happening to the news industry. The rise of amateurism, free access to what once had to be paid for, and the Internet’s elimination of high-cost infrastructure thresholds such as printing and distribution costs is croaking a lot of industries.
Meanwhile, go ahead, have a party, bring on the news = porn jokes.

Porn can’t do anywhere near the damage that journalists do when turned into an overt and malicious tool for the enemy.
Nothing funny about it, really.

When amateurs can gain an easy foot-hold in the market as soon as they have a way to do so, the pros aren’t doing their job. Whining about it won’t save them, anymore than it did the ferryboat operators after the railroad built bridges across the Mississippi. They must compete or get out of the way. If they don’t, they’ll be run over. Go ask Detroit.

Jules, I’m not sure how one defines what is tabloid these days. There is barely a em’s difference between the so-called MSM and the tabloids anymore. Well, except for the pictures.
