Enemy of My Enemy
Fatah to Israel: Help!
Israel Matzav: Bad idea.
Klinghoffer: Iraq, you paying attention?
Pajamas: The ones who got away. Pals rendered “reasonable” by Hamas roof-tossing tactics.
What next? Hamas, Fatah govts reject each other. Euros seek a pretense of normalcy.
Russia: now that Hamas has run out of Fatah members to summarily execute, Fatah govt should begin dialogue with Hamas.
Hamas vs. Fatah = U.S. fault. Oxford twit Karma Nabulsi in the Guardian, upset that the Palestinian people’s election of a terrorist group bent on Israel’s destruction was not honored.
Meanwhile, here’s a good one: Fatah miffed at al-Jazeera over pro-Hamas bias. LGF: Well, yeah.

Matzav is correct. Treating Fatah as a “non terrorist” organization would be like pretending the Palestinian Liberation Organization truly disbanded.

The big complaint is that the West sticks its nose in everywhere it supposedly doesn’t belong. So why don’t we, just this once, try stepping back and letting them take care of their own problems? And why don’t those who constantly complain about our nosy ways back up that idea?

Israel should absolutely refuse to reoccupy Gaza. Keep the wall up, keep out as many as possible, and wait until the dust clears.
