Enemy Shifts

WaPo: Al-Qaeda in Iraq adapts again, with update on Diyala ops. Yesterday’s truck bombĀ in Baghdad may have been built no more than a mile away to avoid the difficulty of driving in, a shift from past practice of building them outside the city.
