Lebanon’s Daily Star bashes Canadian-Israeli journo, claiming deception, inaccuracy and endangering of sources. 

Canadian-Israeli bashes Daily Star, charging distortion, bias and failure to get the other side. 

Daily Star’s money quote from Leb-American-U. J Prof Ramez Maluf, re where Israelis should get their Leb news given the unresolved state of hostilities:

“Let them rely on the wire services.” 

And if the wire services are no good, then maybe the New York Times!

Lisa Goldman probably won’t be in Lebanon again soon, unless the Leb shadow government Hezbollah resumes active hostilities and, you know …  There are some other sources of Leb news, however. Blacksmiths of Lebanon here. Michael Totten here.

   Seems Lisa is the new PJM darling. Part of the new ‘fair and balanced’ push I guess. (spit)

   Those who frequent the Israeli blogosphere know that Lisa is a committed leftist who supported the expulsion of Jews from Gaza. Not sure if she supports the beating and horse trampling that took place at Amona but I don’t recall her railing (or even peeping) against it.

   Personally I don’t get much out of seeing her grinning face on PJM. She would be more at home with her Labanese friends methinks.
