Pulp and Circumstance
Check out Jenna, former Herald EA* extraordinaire, now eclectically music blogging at the magnificently named Pulp and Circumstance.
She knows her stuff. Jenna was born more or less yesterday but is exhaustively conversant in Joy Division, if that means anything to you, among others thanks to the extensive collection of her old man, a doc who apparently rocked most righteously prior to his premature departure. Also knows about all kinds of strange Turkish punk fusion whatever.
Most fascinating Jenna fact: Narrowly avoided being killed by a spiral ham.
* editorial assistant. They transcribe obits, answer calls from drunks, loonies and the lonely in the middle of the night, learn how to watch and garner information from three TV newscasts at once, and write three-inch words w/pics. Without them, we’d have to do these things.
