Anti-war YouTube Bloggers Viciously Attack Vets & Mothers
I just got this in the email today from Freedom’s Watch and thought it was important to pass on:

When I started two weeks ago, I could not imagine the out pouring of support you would give to this mission and how quickly everyone would unite - so thank you!
One of our partners, Freedom’s Watch, recently began airing ads with Gold Star Mothers and Iraq War veterans. These people are real heroes who have sacrificed everything to defend our freedoms and they deserve our respect and honor.
Unfortunately, the anti-war bloggers on YouTube.com are now personally attacking these loving mothers and wounded vets with the vilest comments ever imaginable.
In response to Laura Youngblood, who lost an uncle in 9/11 and her husband in Iraq, a blogger who identifies himself as, “thewarden70″ wrote this, “This lady, if she can be called a lady, is completely incapable of telling the truth, any use of simple logic, and devoid of a soul.”
It gets worse! Another blogger naming himself as, “Thrashaero” penned this after watching vet John Kriesel who lost both legs in Iraq, “Aww poor thing. has no legs and still is too proud to figure out that he screwed himself over by joining to support a ridiculous war.your sacrifice is meaningless.”
The comment left on YouTube.com that makes me most sick is the one directed at Gold Star Mother, Vicki Strong. Ptboy90210 wrote this, “Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. Vicki Strong is a terrible person. Her son is spinning in his grave.”
We cannot stand for this. These radical anti-war members need to know their comments are unacceptable!
Please, call 1-877-222-8001 today. An operator will connect you to your Member of Congress. Please tell them what the anti-war crowd is saying about our brave American troops and their mothers! Tell them they must distance themselves from these cruel anti-war people!

As someone who has lost a dear one in this war, I can only say that nothing these craven cowards, who are spending this war shoveling shit on the internet, can come up with to sneer at their betters touches me in the least.
I am sorry for those who are hurt by this viciousness. I can only suggest that they face these pathetic jerks with the confidence of one who knows what one values, and with the pride of one with the courage to stand up for those values. Remember that the only power these people have is that which we give them. You would not respect them, or their opinions, if you were face to face, so don’t let even your outrage show these anonymous little toads that they matter even as objects of hatred or hurt. They are zeros. Treat them accordingly.

They are less than zeros. Some of these are foreign born enemy, some are US born domestic betrayers dedicated to the propaganda and ideology or our enemy, be that enemy from the past or present.

Whatever happened to common decency?
I feel sorry for Cindy Sheehan, I think she is mentally unbalanced and that she was used by the anti war people, but I would never say the woman had no soul.

Commenters like that are usually timid, antisocial loners who wouldn’t dare say to someone’s face what they can spew anonymously on the Internet. Their vitriol signals someone who is incapable of living the normal life that most of us have.

You guys are spot on. I’d be willing to bet that the vile commenters are the same people who get their underwear pulled over their head in gym class. Wouldn’t dare say a peep if someone accosted their mother, but boy howdy can they ever spout off on the internet, safely hidden away in their bedrooms. Spineless, meaningless worms. They’ll pass through this life contributing nothing and will die without note. And rightfully so.
