Death Down
I’ll just let the AP tell it.

What a bunch of weasels. They count bodies the way an accountant counts beans. All they see are a bunch of numbers with only the narrowest of contexts. They say they are concerned because of those numbers, but it all smacks of an unrepentant Scrooge rubbing his hands with glee over his profits.

Its us heartless, selfish, sick child ignoring right wing bastards who revel in more death, or at least want to cover it up, right?
Doncha think liberals of all people would be happy by fewer deaths and want to call attention to the fact?
I mean, pace Rep. Fartney Stark (Democrat. CA), if for no other reason than Bush won’t have as many opportunities for “amusement”.

I can’t be the only one to remember how the media mercilessly derided the military for keeping body counts during the Vietnam War.

The AP doesn’t produce useful news; it only churns out garbage from useful idiots, propaganda in hand.
