Stockholm Syndrome?
I don’t think so. They need a new name for this. Mecca Syndrome, maybe. You’ll want to watch the ex-Dhimmi vid and follow the link.

Jules,
yeah, I was impressed with the fervency of her conversion. Talk about losing perspective. The koran as protector of women’s rights? That’s like having the KKK write the civil rights laws.
This is beyond BDS, perhaps ADS (America Derangement Syndrom), or RDS (Reality Denial Syndrom).
She and her enablers remind me of the old adage that “there are none so blind as those that cannot see”.

I think she made all that crap up about resisting the Taliban. Why would they treat her any differently than they’ve treated other hostages unless they knew she’d go to bat for them in the press? As usual with people of her ilk, she’s being less than honest in the service of an agenda.

It’s just old fashioned treason. Nothing new about it.
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear.”

If we, in the west, don’t start standing up and demanding that such betraying filth be dealt with according to custom and tradition, then we have no real right to expect long term survival as a culture. We also have no right to require good men and women to fight on our behalf.
