   If true, it is a tragedy. The media always use these stories as a bludgeon rather than treat it as the tragedy it is. They never consider what happens to the troop responsible, though in almost every case, there is no guilt to be attached–a mistake is just that.

   I hope for the sake of the troops involved that it was not “friendly” fire.
