Concerned Citizens

It’s always a NIMBY thing. Over here, it’s usually a halfway house full of junkies, a landfill, a cellphone tower, something like that. Over there, it’s when they finally had it up to here with al-Qaeda bringing down property values. Part 2 of Ardolino’s “Inside Iraqi Politics” series.
