    I’ve always questioned the analytical credentials of Colin Powell .

    I thought Paul Bremer was a disastrous choice for post war on the ground management in Iraq.

    Reading about Richard Armitage during the Valerie Plame brouhaha, the description “self -serving blowhard” came to mind.

    If Armitage had left a Democratic administrations’s officials twisting in the wind for several years, he would have been crucified by the press. As it is, most people have never heard of him.

    I’ve had several people tell me that Bush and/or Rove are criminals because they “outed” a CIA agent. When I explained that it was Richard Armitage who had actually done that, “who’s that?” was the response.
