Frankly, I would prefer a hole in ground. It's not unusual to see signs that say "Bitte im sitzen pinkel" in the bathroom. (Please sit to pee.) It's a sacrilege against man's God given right to pee standing up. Hey, you're lucky we use the toilet in the first place, instead of the bushes or a tree like nature intended. I encountered one of those toilets in Italy back in the 70s, and I can tell you I'd never be able to handle that now in my arthritic old age. And neither will a lot of westerners at the Games.
