Bikini-Cop PhotoShop = $400,000
Sounds unpleasant and childish. The available reporting doesn’t give much history to indicate what kind of beef the harassers had with the harassed, or how well founded his fears that he wouldn’t get backup were, though.

Yeah, there must be a lot more to this story. Why were they picking on this one guy? Were the other pictures similar, and if not, what were they?
