Pakistan Zindabad

Another exotic roadtrip vid via Theo.  This Americanized Pak thinks he discovered the gun market at Dara, long on the foreign correspondent nifty feature list, and throws in editorial comment about other things he appears to know little about.  But he’s game, it’s a fun ride and if you have ever been to Pakistan or parts nearby, this will look familiar and make you wistful for your time among tongueless artisans in mud huts and dangerously irresponsible behavior of many varieties.

   I recall reading about this place in National Geographic magazine a lllooonnnngggg time ago. I’d love to go there on a shopping trip!!!

   Alas, between the cost, the natives, and US Customs, that ain’t ever going to happen.

   All well and good for you guys, but I suspect I and my (female) kind wouldn’t find it very appealing (if we could even see it, all bundled up in our portable tents). You notice there were absolutely no women anywhere in that video.
