In other perv-related news, Dr. Helen has this on the criminalization of visual sexual aggression. Sounds like a useful and well-intentioned law on its face, though as Helen notes, it sounds like it has a lot of potential for … bad pun, I know … abuse.

I was once groped on a tram in Munich by a drunken Turk. I was young and naive at the time, so I didn’t know what to do. After that, I vowed the next man to touch me like that (other than Mr. H) was going to get a Bic pen in the eye.
Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on your point of view), no one ever did again.
