Don’t Bring a Nutjob to Fight Your Political Battles

Leave the nutjobs at home…

The Washington Post’s latest attack on John McCain- “McCain: A Question of Temperament” -includes this passage from Karen Johnson whom McCain tried to block from a political job back in Arizona:

One man’s bulldozer is another’s bully. “I don’t think that he forgets anyone who ever opposed him, that he can ever really respect or trust them again,” said Karen Johnson, the targeted secretary-turned-state senator. “That goes for people here and overseas.”

But, as Media Blog pointed out, there is more to Karen than her odd attacks against Senator McCain.

Karen is also a Truther.

Here’s a tip for the WaPo: When trying to attack a political opponent leave the nutjobs at home.

Oh, they’ll use anybody, as long as they say the right thing.

Look at the supposed conservatives or Republicans they are always trotting out, who turn out to be huge Democratic party supporters or even operatives. Look at all of the “concerned mothers” who turn out to be high ranking members of multi-million dollar organizations.

As long as you say something they agree with, they’ll take you at your word.
