Room at the inn
Rare quadruplets born. In their home country.
The Greater Baltimore Medical Center is not releasing the mother’s name but it is showing off the 4 brothers who were born there on Jan. 29. They are rare quadruplets in that three are identical. Only 100 cases are known.
The mother lives in Maryland, meaning she is the same nationality as her quadruplet children. That might not be the case if she were, say, Canadian.
The care of these little guys must be expensive. 2 1/2 months in the hospital does not come cheap. And they were delivered 11 weeks early (28 weeks). There is enough political powder in this story to ignite a thousand posts.
I’m just glad the little guys are making it.

Just because she lives in Maryland, does not mean we can infer that she is a citizen , or even, lawful resident of the USA.

Nationalized health care in the US would be a boon…. for Thailand.
