   I got as far as this line (which told me everything I need to know about Ian Murphy), and couldn’t stand to read any more:

   I don’t remember ordering 300,000 dead Iraqis—although I was doing a lot of heavy narcotics back in ‘03.

   If you think Murphy will ever grow up, forget it. Rage and lunatic thinking are permanently imprinted on his brain. Just another wasted product of the drug culture.
