   The ride for McCain is going to get bumpy from here until November. The Obama-lovin’ media are even now sharpening their knives and battle axes.

   John McCain has proven that he understands this war better than just about any elected official. If he differs from Kerry, Cleland, and other veteran Dems, it reflects poorly on them, not him.
