Meet Cindy McCain
You probably know she told everyone to get stuffed, she wasn’t running and she wasn’t releasing her tax returns. Here’s more you might not know about Cindy McCain. Seems to have tried to use her time and position of privilege pretty well. The mine thing is a bit of a baby/bathwater issue. There are places in the world where good minefields make more tolerable neighbors. HALO Trust, the group McCain’s involved with, claims to not be “distracted by involvement in campaigns and conferences. We have a simple mission statement — “getting mines out of the ground now.’ “

GIven all the landmines laid without reason around the globe, that’s one heckuva undertaking. Noble, as well.
