Looks to me like every time one of our guys gets captured in Iraq by guerrillas, he’s executed.
If it was up to me, we’d be paying them back tit for tat. You execute all of our guys, we execute all of your guys.

They want to be executed so they can get the 72 houris.
What we need to do is every time one of ours gets butchered we turn one of theirs into a one handed, one footed, eunuch. Then we send them back in trade for our soldiers bodies.
As time goes on we increase the ante to two to one, then three to one, etc. We can send them members of the ACLU in the same condition when we run out of non-uniformed citizen-shielded cowards.
