RNC Views
The sockpuppet also known as Greenwald:
Following up on this weekend’s extreme raids on various homes, at least 250 people were arrested here today in St. Paul, Minnesota. Beginning last night, St. Paul was the most militarized I have ever seen an American city be, even more so than Manhattan in the week of 9/11 — with troops of federal, state and local law enforcement agents marching around with riot gear, machine guns, and tear gas cannisters, shouting military chants and marching in military formations. Humvees and law enforcement officers with rifles were posted on various buildings and balconies. Numerous protesters and observers were tear gassed and injured. I’ll have video of the day’s events posted shortly.
Perhaps most extraordinarily, Amy Goodman of Democracy Now — the radio and TV broadcaster who has been a working journalist for close to 20 years — was arrested on the street and charged with “conspiracy to riot.”
What? You mean that flaming al Qaeda sympathizer wasn’t already shackled in the hated Crusader gulag of Guantanamo with a sack on her head? Those Bush Cheney McHitlerites are slacking!
Meanwhile, for another perspective from St. Paul, Gateway: Leftist protestors attack, throw poison and spit on RNC delegates … 80-year-old Connecticut delegate injured.
Powerline: Day One at the RNC fun but muted. Lefty protestors didn’t get the memo on subduing the festivities out of respect for Gustav storm victs.

The actions of the protestors is outrageous and shameful (and yes, I know how inadequate and lame that description is). I have to believe that Barack Obama is horrified at the destruction of his campaign by these criminals, if for no other reason, but it’s to be hoped that he’s also horrified by the sheer animal brutality.

Amy Goodman, according to “Democracy Now”’s own words, broke the law by interfering with an arrest and resisting law enforcement. Greenwald demonstrates that he is either an idiot who was given his law degree, or even more of a bozo than we had thought with this crap.
Note to leftists: If a policeman tells you to move and you don’t, you will be arrested. That’s the law. It has been the law since the nation was founded.

Greenwald is a former Constitutional Attorney who is now an online columnist at Salon.
Aside from the fact that Greenwald has been caught out in various internet frauds (ie. sockpuppetry), I’m wondering why these particular qualifications should be considered irrefutable evidence of honesty and/or realistic journalism.
And as for your assertion that accountability should be upheld (you didn’t, actually, for your side, but we’ll assume you meant it for everyone), be careful what you wish for.

When your statist ideas fail and you can only get money from old leftie queens like Soros, I guess there is nothing left to do but bully people on buses, have your shagnasty women screech slogans and generally befoul the streets.
You “liberals” stay classy now!
