Dem Mandate
Expires quietly with offshore drilling ban, as the Party of Surrender admits defeat. Again. via Yahoo.
OK, I’m just having fun, playing a little fast and loose. That Dem mandate expired a long time ago, around the time of the first non-binding resolution, or maybe a little later when the mandate-holders started voting warbucks. Hey, can I get a little liberal rage?

There are no separate weasel bills that limit drilling outside the fifty mile limit?

Republicans haven’t lost their touch as a minority party, at least. We just need to keep the balance tight enough in Congress to keep Democrats from being able to steamroll the opposition.
