As Jawa notes, it has all appearance of a heartfelt plea to old Akhbar to give John “George Bush” McCain the business.
I guess the question is what kind of double reverse game AQ is playing. McCain, hated Crusader, keeps the war going. AQ, a little nihilistic on this front given recent setbacks, is a big war fan. However, Obie’s surrender, retreat and entreat plans clearly offer regrouping and gloating opportunities. So by endorsing Obama, do they hope to boost him or bring him down?
Anyway, let’s give the verse a shot. This is on offer, no charge, to the Obama camp if they want it:
Oh NYT, All News Fit To Print, humiliate Sexy Moose Huntress and Cranky Old Guy!
Oh AP, Monolithic Carrier of Obamist Water, call them racists and excessively scrutinize them!
Oh ACORN, make them live a day like John Kerry and al-Gore did, when victory was snatched from them by election-thieving Bushites! Make them a warning to those who cry socialism and call good professors terrorists!
