Ombudman acknowledges one, Obamaward. Oddly, the WPost ombudsman thought The Fact Checker “deserves praise for parsing campaign rhetoric for the overblown or just flat wrong.” I thought The Fact Checker was short a clue or two.

Meanwhile, Rutenberg at NYT gloats at how campaigners who were talking about Obama “palling around with terrorists” are being gracious and taking the high road in defeat. Too bad we’ll never know how the Palin trashers would have taken a loss.

   Oh, yeah, Rebecca, we do indeed. Even worse than they took the loss in 2004 and 2008.

   And as I read somewhere else, poor losers make for poor winners.
