Gaza is bigger than Monaco -- if Egypt and Israel accept its borders, it will be 'big enough'. All it needs is private property rights and a functioning contract enforcement mechanism to allow a market... plus peace with neighbors. Why not two Palestinian states, Gaza and West Bank, in their own sort of Switzerland with cantons and various local Arab/ Palestinian leaders?
