Crazy Loser Prizefight

It’s one of those stories that put a little smile on your face when you open the paper in the morning. Accident-faking ex-Congressional wannabe and unhinged fake Clinton bomber duke it out over a hoosegow honey in their New Hampshire lockup. via Boston Herald

Failed congressional candidate Gary Dodds was exchanging flirty notes with a female inmate at the Strafford County House of Correction.

The tryst triggered a fight with Leeland Eisenberg, the man who strapped a fake bomb to himself and held five workers hostage at Clinton’s Rochester campaign base in 2007, the report said.

The Nov. 11, 2008, melee was investigated by report author County Attorney Jim Reams, who concluded that no criminal charges should be filed.

Reams’ report said that after Dodds flirted with the inmate, Eisenberg “castigated” him for “putting his relationship with his family in jeopardy by doing so.”

During another argument, on Nov. 14, the men were debating county government when Dodds “took offense and slapped Eisenberg,” according to the report.

Reams’ report also said Dodds asked Eisenberg during one argument, “Why would I listen to a guy who strapped road flares to his chest?”

Very noble of Eisenberg, who has a history of domestic issues and assorted other rough spots in the road himself, and got three years for his crazy Clinton campaign office takeover. Dodds is in for violating bail conditions after he was convicted of faking his disappearance in a car crash as the wheels were coming off his Congressional bid in 2006. Testimony during Dodds’ trial suggested his eye has wandered before.

    What a great line
“Why would I listen to a guy who strapped road flares to his chest?”

I think I will use it randomly today

It sounds like those two really need to be in a psychiatric ward somewhere, ingesting really good drugs.

RebeccaH: Or congress, where they could distract us from the real crooks.
