Doesn’t exactly trip off the tongue too easily, but Norm Geras has a new name for it and is diligently tracking references to the conflict Formerly Known As The War On Terror. I’ve just being trying to figure out whether we’re gonna fight it or not. Signals a little mixed: Everything Old Is New Again; GWOT Over! Jihad Akhbar!; GWOT Back On Again; Troop Support Wanted; Dearest A’Jad. Then there’s some old unfinished business, a Justice Delay.
