Sigh
It used to be all the jokes were about Taxachusetts. Hey, we still are Taxachusetts. Advancing to Feeachusetts and Tollachusetts. But now all the meanspirited rightwing nutjobs are making jokes about Chicago. It’s shocking the left. I see it as a little sad, end of an era. That Chicago crowd is just a bunch of strongarm thugs, fast talkers and unrepentent ex-terrorists, but we even had to import one of them to run our state, that’s how bad it’s gotten. I guess I should take consolation that their big guy is inspired by original dyed-in-the-wool tax-and-spend do-as-I-say limousine libs from Taxachusetts like Ted Kennedy.
Speaking of meanspirited rightwing nutjobs, by the way, I’ll be on with Michael Graham at WTKK between 11 and noon this morning, inshallah. Rightwing nutjob-a-palooza, plus a noted local lefty.
