ObamaCare
The country docs at Maggie’s Farm examine ObamaCare, and describe in detail symptoms that suggest Dr. Obama is either a quack, or delusional. Short version: We live longer here than the third-world countries we are unfavorably compared to, as well as the first-world ones with socialized medicine. It costs more, thanks to lawyers and better technology, drugs and treatment. Guess which part Obama wants to contain, and which part he doesn’t. Government-backed comparative effectiveness will hinder innovation and lay the groundwork for rationing. The docs also address the inflation of numbers of how many don’t have coverage, how many are dissatisfied, etc., that is being used to justify drastic health care changes.
So does the patient want to hear that he may not need open-heart surgery?
