HIllary visits the Basilica of Our Lady of Gaudalupe, views the miraculous image of Mary on the cloak, asks bright, “Who painted it?” Catholic News Agency.
Well, it wasn’t like it was an Obama miracle. It was Hillary’s second visit to the shrine revered by Mexicans. Anyway, now she’s given Mexican drug lords more to laugh about. You can laugh, too, but it’s just more work to do in the Obama Presidential Gaffe Repository as far as I’m concerned.
Powerline, astonished, suggests this example of “smart diplomacy” must be a myth.
Some Hillary apologism by The Moderate Voice, incensed that anyone should stoop to mockery, protests a bit much, offers some immoderate condemnation of the right-wing noise machine that dares to ask what would happen if Bush did this. Here’s another lefty who misses Chimpy and doesn’t like being on the receiving end.

I don’t find the gaffes funny anymore, and I suspect a lot of ordinary citizens don’t.
