Bowing, Scraping
Obama does a little of both. American Thinker has the vid of Obama bowing to a foreign potentate. Specifically the king of Saudi Arabia. Apparently he’s really soft on royalty. Embarrassingly so. Al Qaeda’s going to love this: Apostate House Negro of the Hated Crusaders abases himself before Abdullah the Crusader lackey and apostate Zionist-lickspittle.
OK, here’s the scraping. AP: Obama calls Brazilian anti-blue-eyed white banker racist/socialist Lula “the most popular politician on Earth,” and adds, ”This is my man, right here. I love this guy.”
The charitable take is that he’s really excited to be hanging out with all the other kings and presidents and prime ministers, and doesn’t know exactly how to handle himself, can’t contain himself. The other option is that he’s subservient to Saud and loves Lula. Either way, they shouldn’t let this guy out again until someone has a serious chat with him.
Malkin notes the Bush admin did its own kowtowing to the House of Saud.
Van der Leun is looking forward to BHO fully prostrate in a mosque in furtherance of cultural diversity in the next year or so.
Powerline, hurtfully, digs up some lefty blogger’s observation that Michelle Obama should not be expected to curtsy to Her Majesty QEII because protocol based on our nation’s most deeply held principles dictate U.S. presidents and their spouses bow to no foreign potentate. Entry apparently tapped out before protocol went out the window with Michelle’s arm around the old dear and her husband’s bowing and scraping.

That video clip infuriated me, and my stomach churns every time I see the still photo. It shows a studied disrespect for the office of the President by the very man who holds said office, and it is a slap in the face to the American people.
