Get Real

Washington Post unfairly compares Obama’s modest $17 billion trim in his bloated budget to George Bush’s $34 billion in cuts last year. C’mon, it’s not like George Bush was the Dem Cong’s lapdog! It was easier for him to tell Pelosi to stuff it. Also, Obama has astronomically increased spending, so it’s hardly realistic to expect him to cut it. C’mon, people, get real.

Anyway, someone needs to remind the Post that America voted for change.

Hey, maybe he meant … spare change.

Malkin, cruelly, re Obama’s budget-cutting spork.

Ace: Half the cuts are from … two guesses, first one doesn’t count … defense. And Malkin with where else he’s cutting. The anti-union corruption unit at DOL.

Obama, via HotAir: $17 billion is a lot of money outside DC! Ha. Remember the big $100 million cut?

ThinkProgress: Hey, let’s not get crazy with the cuts now …
