My initial reaction was that it was an obnoxious question as it was framed as channeling Bill Clinton (but the person meant President Obama) and serving as a mouth for him. But it's a fair comment that the Secretary of State should not be thin-skinned and should be creative while employing tact. You are right that she would be better suited as War Czar.
