Good fun with Newsweek re Obama flack re Fox: “Fox News isn’t just bad. It’s unAmerican.” From the people who devoted this week’s cover to helping Joe Biden get the clown shoes and the red nose off.
UPDATE: via Surber, half of Fox’s viewership is non-Republican. And it draws more voters than either CNN or MSNBC. More taxpayers, too, I bet.
Maybe they’re tuning into to see Glenn Beck’s White House Hotline guy in a Mao suit. Now the Politburo’s trying to get TASS and CCTV on board.

David Carr at NYTimes today is much more perceptive than Weisberg, who, as far as I know, is trying to become this Administrations Paul Begala.

To paraphrase a line I heard from a recent TV show: “Wow, [Weisberg] must know us well, because we respond really well to that.”
I make it a habit not to support, read, or vote for anyone who labels me “un-American”.

I wonder how much of this anger is directed at Fox News for having declined to hire liberals seeking to disguise opinion items as news reporting.

I suspect the anger is due to Fox not being ideologically reliable and refusing to install a political officer to ensure that they become so.
