   Never have tried shrimp tacos, but now I will!!!!

   Shrimp tacos are delicious as are Enchiladas de Jaiba (crab enchaladas). Be sure and have Sopa de Marisco with it as an appitizer (Fish soup, usually whitefish, shrimp and crab).

   Being a native of Texas, I’d always instinctually equated Mexican food with Tex-Mex, even while I knew that Mexico has regional cuisines just like the States. However, I recently tried a seafood dish at one of our local Mexican restaurants: the Jalisco Special, which is a kind of lobster fajita. Finger-lickin’ good! So I’m up for shrimp tacos, especially after seeing that sign.
