OK, another quick metaphor mix. Washington Post editorial likes “sustainable” health care, notes the difficulty of attaining. Hmm … maybe there’s a good decline-hiding trick. WaPo ed board also thinks Obama’s first year has shown him willing to make “tough decisions” in his first year on financial bailout and Afghanistan, which suggests WaPo ed board is being ironic … given that he handed the first off to pork-happy Congress and split the baby in an unsuccessful effort to please everyone on the second.
Examiner: Ever wondered why they don’t just throw the whole thing out and start over? … Not really. They’d have to admit the bill that the president didn’t submit to Congress in the first place was a bad idea.
