I trashed The Pacific and talked up Band of Brothers the other day. Gave both another look last night, Episode 1 of The Pacific, and BoB Part 7, “The Breaking Point.” Both episodes, as it happens, deal with intense combat, leadership issues, and an officer cracking up under stress.
