The judge who sued my newspaper, my co-workers and myself and, thanks to the considered judgment of other judges, walked away with a $2.1 million judgment plus interest, says the trauma of it all has rendered him physically and mentally unfit to serve on the bench. Ernest Murphy wants a disability pension.

Libby gets 2 1/2 years and $250,000 fine. Kristol is worked up that Bush said its “terrible” but is holding off on the pardon. Doesn’t sound like he’s closed the door, nor has Libby heard the doors slam.
